At What Size Should My Image Be Set Up?

Your file may be set up at any size as long as it is to scale with the final image size. Please indicate crop marks. To eliminate jagged edges on vector art, 550banners suggests the attributes be at 800dpi. bouple the dpi when creating at 50% scale.

What Colors Can Be Used In Layouts?

Please indicate the colors used by specifying the PMS color.

What To Do With And About FONTS?

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL FONTS AT ALL TIMES. When working in PC FORMAT, please convert all fonts to outlines. PC and MAC fonts are not compatible. Please supply MAC FONTS when working with a MAC

What To  Do With PLACED Images?

Make sure the original file is inclubed on the disk. We prefer not to use embedded images. Please provide a low resolution .pdf for placement to ensure file integrity.

What Else Should I Send?

Along with the disk, please send a copy of all files that 550banners will be producing. Please include the contents of the disk, and please mark the files to be used. If using low resolution images to show placement, please include high resolution file on the disc too.

How Should I Save My Files?

Illustrator files should be saved in Illustrator, EPS, or PDF file formats.
